Q: What happens if I get my measure wrong?
A: Don't worry this is exactly why one of our professional installers will remeasure your job. We will advise you of any changes to your order and make sure you are happy with them.
Q: I am not an expert how can I be sure the blinds / shutters will fit?
A: Our professional installers will conduct a final measure prior to confirmation of the order to guarantee your blinds / shutters will fit.
Q: Is the colour on the computer screen really what I am going to get?
A: Colours on screens vary. At the time of the final measure you can confirm colour choices with the installer who has a full range of colour samples.
Q: I have ordered roller shutters and plantation shutters, will I have the same installer?
A: In most cases you will not have the same installer for different products.
Q: Where are the products made?
A. Roller Shutters are manufactured in Sydney Australia. Plantation Shutters, Roller Blinds and Venetian Blinds are made in China.
Q: I want to paint my windows but I have ordered shutters will they still fit?
A: Painting your windows will not make a difference to the fitting of shutters, just make sure that the paint is dry when the shutter installation is booked.
Q: Can I make a change to my window following confirmation?
A: No. It will be a problem if you replace the window, tile in the window reveal or alter the reveal in any way. Should you be thinking that you are going to renovate after the final measure please call us first.
Q: How quickly will my Roller Shutters be installed?
A: Roller shutters can be installed within 5 working days of confirmation of order. Times will be longer should there be a requirement for specifically fabricated extras or powder coating.
Q: How quickly will my Plantation Shutters / Blinds be installed?
A: 6 -8 weeks from confirmation. This time will be longer during holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Chinese New Year).

A: The price will be more – sales reps don’t work for free.
A: You have to make time in your day that suits the sales rep. IShutters is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week – you can place an order anytime!
Q: How many items can I order?
A: You can order one item or a whole house of our products. If you are building or renovating and you have house plans – you can now work out your budget for each window simply and easily – then place your order once the gyprock goes up.
Q: When can I see a sample of what I ordered?
A: The installer will visit you shortly after placing an order and show you samples and confirm colours whilst completing a check measure to manufacture your product.
Q: Does iShutters supply and install in my suburb?
A: Follow the order now prompts –you will be prompted to enter your postcode-if the product order page appears – then the answer is “YES”
