Follow the instructions on the self measure form to measure the windows / doors you want to cover. Record all necessary data for your order on the self measure form.
STEP TWO - GET YOUR PRICE
Upon completion of the self measure form, Click the "Get Your Price Now" button. Using the information from the self measure form enter your measurement details in the online form to receive your price.
You are now ready to order, to do so proceed through the checkout screen.
STEP THREE - CHECKOUT
When you are satisfied with your order click the checkout button. You will be prompted to pay the $80 Admin and Final Measure Fee (which will be credited against the order value) upon payment of this fee processing of your order will commence.
DELIVERY & PAYMENTS
Final Measure
On confirmation and receipt of the Admin & Final Measurement payment, we will call and arrange a time for one of our professional installers to carry out a final measure. The installer will also confirm final layout and colours of your shutters / blinds.
Review Order
After the final measure, we will review your order for completeness. We will contact you to discuss any changes that may be necessary before your order is finalised. Once you have approved the order, you will receive an email confirmingall final detailsand an invoice for 40% deposit so we can commence.
INSTALL
When your shutters / blinds are ready we will call you to arrange a suitable time for installation. On confirmation of the installation date you will receive an email requesting a progress payment (50% less the $80 Admin and Final Measurement Fee). Once payment is made installation will take place.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your final payment is required after installation is complete. Should this payment be made via secure pay, please ensure you have a copy of the emailed receipt to hand to our installer on the day.
